Frequently asked questions
Will authorities accept the translation?
Yes, authorities across Germany. It is produced by court-authorised sworn translators, with a certification note, stamp and signature.
Do you need my original document?
No. A scan or a legible photo is enough. Your original stays with you.
Can it be faster?
No. We work at fixed, low prices and do not offer an express service. Please allow 3 to 5 working days.
Which languages do you translate?
Many languages, always from or into German, e.g. Arabic, English, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Persian and many more. You can see which languages are currently available in the order form under “Language pair”.
What is a standard line?
A standard line is 55 characters including spaces, the same unit German courts use. For Arabic texts we estimate the length of the German translation.
